The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced the specifics regarding the USDA Farm Bill Listening Session Webinar on hemp production, which will be held on March 13, 2019 from 9am PST to 12pm PST (12pm EST to 3pm EST). You can register for the webinar here:
I encourage participation in this upcoming webinar as this is your opportunity to be heard. Only 1,000 at a time will be able to view the webinar. Due to time constraints, USDA is only allowing 60 individuals to present during the webinar for a maximum of 3 minutes each. Speakers must submit a written copy of their testimony to farmbill.hemp@usda.gov by March 11, 2019.
The USDA listening session webinar will Not include a question and answer session. USDA has created an email portal where questions or requests for information can be sent: farmbill.hemp@usda.gov.
